Terms of Service

1. How the service works

We provide a private checkout for eligible Claude gift subscriptions and arrange their purchase through legitimate available gift-purchase channels. We do not sell Claude accounts, credentials, shared access, or tools intended to bypass any platform's rules.

Claude, Claude Code, account eligibility, plan features, usage limits, availability, and redemption are controlled by Anthropic under its then-current terms and policies. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

2. Eligibility and orders

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, be permitted to use the selected digital asset, and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for confirming that the Claude account you choose is eligible to redeem the selected gift.

We may decline, pause, cancel, or limit an order before delivery where reasonably necessary for security, availability, pricing errors, fraud prevention, compliance, or suspected abuse.

3. Price and payment

The displayed price consists of the retail gift price and our service markup. Both are shown in USD before you create an order. The final asset, amount, network, address, and any required memo are shown before you send payment.

You must send the exact asset and amount, on the exact network, to the address and within the payment window shown for your order. Include any required memo or destination tag. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. A wrong asset, network, amount, or memo can be delayed, rejected, or impossible to recover.

Payment window. Cryptocurrency amounts are derived from an exchange quote that cannot be held open indefinitely. An unpaid order expires approximately 2 hours after creation and its deposit address should not be used after that point. The countdown shown on your order page is authoritative. An expired order results in no charge and no obligation on either side. Where a payment nonetheless arrives after expiry, we will make reasonable efforts to honour the order or return the funds, but we cannot guarantee either outcome, and rate movement, network costs, and processing costs may reduce any return.

Transaction limits. Minimum and maximum transaction sizes apply, vary by asset and network, and can change without notice. Where an order falls outside those limits, checkout will decline it before any order or payment is created.

Underpayment and overpayment. A payment that does not match the quoted amount may be rejected, partially credited, or require manual review. Some exchanges deduct withdrawal fees from the amount sent, which is a frequent cause of shortfall and remains your responsibility.

4. Delivery and redemption

Delivery occurs on the private order page only. We do not send a gift link by email or Telegram. An email address or Telegram handle is optional and is used only to help locate an order during support.

Keep the order ID private. Anyone with it may be able to view the order page and any delivered gift link. A delivered Claude gift link may be redeemed only by an eligible account and remains subject to Anthropic's current rules. Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, gift availability, and fulfillment capacity. Any timing shown is an estimate, not a guarantee.

A gift link is a bearer instrument. Whoever holds it can redeem it, and redemption cannot be reversed or reassigned once completed. Treat the link like cash: do not publish it, forward it, or enter it anywhere other than claude.ai. Our delivery obligation is discharged when a valid link is published to your order page. We are not responsible for a link that is redeemed by someone else after you disclose it, or for redemption onto the wrong account.

Redemption eligibility is controlled by Anthropic. Restrictions currently include expiry a defined period after purchase, an inability to redeem multiple gifts simultaneously, and a requirement that certain existing app-store subscriptions end first. These rules are Anthropic's and may change at any time. Confirming that your account can redeem is your responsibility, and an inability to redeem for reasons within Anthropic's control does not by itself create a right to a refund.

5. Cancellations and refunds

A successfully delivered or redeemed gift is final and is not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Before delivery, we will review a request where we cannot fulfill the purchased service.

Any return depends on payment verification, fraud and compliance checks, technical feasibility, and whether the gift has been delivered or redeemed. Where law permits, network costs, conversion differences, and return-processing costs may reduce an available return.

6. Responsible use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, theft, impersonation, unauthorized automation, security bypasses, or interference with this service or Anthropic's services. We may take action or disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people and the service.

Reviews may only be submitted for your own delivered order, one per order. We may reject or remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine order.

7. Affiliate program

A qualifying referred order earns 50% of the disclosed service markup. Attribution must remain attached through checkout. Self-referrals, refunds, duplicate transactions, spam, misleading claims, impersonation, unlawful promotion, and attempts to manipulate attribution are not eligible and accrue no commission.

Creating an affiliate link requires a valid email address or Telegram handle. Payouts are manual and become available for arrangement through Telegram support once confirmed affiliate earnings exceed $50. We may withhold or reverse commission credited from ineligible activity described above.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, blockchain settlement, payment confirmation, gift availability, delivery timing, redemption, or the quality or availability of Claude or Claude Code.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Sanctions and lawful use

You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or ordering on behalf of a person or entity in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person subject to applicable sanctions or restricted-party lists. You further confirm that funds used are lawfully obtained and not the proceeds of criminal activity. We may refuse, pause, or unwind an order and take any step required to comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and counter-terrorist-financing obligations.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, your disclosure of an order ID or gift link, or your violation of applicable law or of Anthropic's terms.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain congestion, chain reorganisation or halt, exchange or infrastructure outage, changes to Anthropic's gift programme or pricing, loss of gift availability, regulatory action, and network or hosting failure.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future orders as the service, gift rules, or legal requirements change. The version shown when you create an order governs that order, and the version identifier is recorded with it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
