Choose a plan, duration, cryptocurrency, and network. Complete the security check, then create the order. Send the exact displayed amount to the generated address using the selected network. After payment confirmation, we purchase the gift and publish its link on the order page.

The disclosed markup covers cryptocurrency conversion, payment risk, support, and manual gift fulfillment. It is a set amount for each plan and duration, with a lower relative markup on larger purchases. The total is always shown before an order is created.

Anthropic's current guidance says gifts expire 365 days after purchase and multiple gifts cannot be redeemed at the same time.

Redemption depends on the current plan and how it was purchased. Anthropic currently requires users with an active iOS or Android subscription to wait until that subscription ends before redeeming a gift. Other existing web plans may be extended, upgraded, or credited under Anthropic's current rules. Check its gift guidance before ordering.

We charge once for the selected gift and do not create recurring billing. Any existing Claude subscription, account credit, future renewal, or billing relationship is controlled by Anthropic and your account settings.

Tokens with the same symbol can exist on incompatible networks. The deposit address is generated for one exact asset and network. A transfer using another asset, network, amount, or missing memo may not be credited and can be impossible to recover.

Do not send a second payment to the same address. Contact support with the order ID and blockchain transaction ID. We can review the transaction, but recovery is not guaranteed and may involve network fees, rate differences, delay, or additional verification.

Cryptocurrency payments are generally final. A refund is considered when our operational review confirms that we cannot fulfill the purchased service, subject to payment verification, compliance review, and technical feasibility. Delivered or redeemed gifts and customer payment mistakes are not normally refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
