1. What this covers

This Policy explains how BUYCLAUDEWITHCRYPTO.COM handles information when you browse the site, create or check an order, join the affiliate program, or contact support.

2. Information we need

Order records include the order ID, selected plan and duration, displayed order price, selected asset and network, deposit details, payment status, fulfillment status, timestamps, and delivered gift link.

An order record also stores the two-letter country our network provider reports for the request, a short description of the browser and operating system it came from, such as "Chrome on Windows", and a truncated form of the network address the request arrived from. We do not store your full IP address. An IPv4 address has its final part removed before anything is written, and an IPv6 address is cut to its routing prefix, so what is kept identifies a network of many users rather than a household, a line, or a device. The browser description is likewise reduced to that short summary before it is saved, so it is not a device fingerprint. These are kept with the order so support can recognise a genuine request about it and so we can spot fraudulent or duplicated orders.

If you choose to provide an email address or Telegram handle with an order, we store it so support can locate the record. It is not used for delivery or marketing. Creating an affiliate link requires an email address, a Telegram handle, or both, so we can provide payout support; affiliate records also include the referral code, click and order counts, and commission totals. If you submit a review, we store the order ID, rating, review text, and any display name you choose, so the review stays associated with your delivered order.

3. How we use it

We use this information to create and fulfill orders, prevent duplicate delivery and fraud, provide support, run the affiliate program, maintain financial and security records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not run advertising analytics, behavioral tracking, or fingerprinting. Your color-theme choice is stored in your browser.

We do not ask for or receive wallet seed phrases, private keys, or Claude account credentials.

4. Payment and service providers

Payment information is processed only as needed to generate an order, confirm a transfer, and fulfill the selected gift. We may share the minimum necessary information with providers that help operate payments, hosting, security, fulfillment, and support, or where disclosure is required by law.

Blockchain transactions may be permanently visible on public ledgers. Wallets, exchanges, networks, and other independent services may associate a public transaction with other information under their own terms.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The service sets only what it needs to function:

Referral cookie. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a cookie records that referral code so the correct partner is credited if you order. It contains no personal information.

Session cookie. A strictly necessary, HTTP-only cookie used for administrative sign-in and request-forgery protection. It is not set for ordinary visitors browsing the site.

Theme preference. Your light or dark choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Visitor counting. We count how many people visit, using no cookie and no third-party analytics service. To tell one visit from another within a single day we store a one-way hash of your truncated network address and browser description combined with a random value that is generated fresh every day and destroyed at the end of it. The hash cannot be reversed, and because the daily value is destroyed, one day's hashes cannot be matched against another's. This means we can count visitors and see which pages are used, and it means we cannot recognise you as a returning visitor or follow you across days. Nothing from this is shared with anyone, and per-visitor records are deleted after 45 days.

Cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile are described below and are governed by Cloudflare's own terms.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to create, fulfil, and support your order; legitimate interests to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, operate the affiliate programme, and verify reviews against genuine orders; legal obligation for accounting, tax, and compliance records; and consent where you volunteer an optional recovery contact, which you may withdraw at any time.

7. International transfers

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Blockchain networks are globally distributed by design and transaction data recorded on a public ledger cannot be confined to a jurisdiction, restricted, or erased by us or by anyone else.

8. Cloudflare Turnstile

Creating an affiliate link uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to help protect that form from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical information needed to make that security decision. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum applies to that processing. Checkout does not use it.

9. Retention and security

We retain order, affiliate, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill purchases, prevent fraud and duplicate delivery, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations. Settled orders are moved out of day-to-day operational views after a short period but are retained in our records for the periods described here. Accounting and tax records are typically retained for the statutory period applicable to our business.

Safeguards include encryption in transit, restricted administrative access protected by a separate credential, request-forgery protection, rate limiting, automated abuse challenges, and logging that redacts order identifiers, contact details, and network addresses. No internet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for targeted advertising or automated decision-making producing legal effects.

10. Your rights and choices

You can order without a recovery contact and can clear local display preferences in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise a right, email us using the address below and include enough detail to locate the record, such as an order ID. We may need to verify your request. These rights are limited where we must retain records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, and they cannot extend to data recorded on a public blockchain, which no party can alter or erase.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children and is intended only for people old enough to form a binding contract where they live. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Contact and changes

We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. For privacy requests, email contact@buyclaudewithcrypto.com. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
